Availability, pricing, specifications, materials, finishes, dimensions and timelines are indicative and subject to change without notice. Renders and images are artistic representations and may differ from the final built product. Please verify all details directly with our team before making any decision.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, financial or investment advice. You are responsible for seeking independent professional advice before purchasing property in Mexico.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Habitat Developments, Florafauna and Fábula names and logos, text, images, renders and design — is owned by or licensed to Habitat and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our prior written permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Advertising & third-party platforms

We promote our projects through paid advertising on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, and TikTok, and we use their advertising and measurement tools. Habitat Developments is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with these platforms. Their trademarks and content belong to their respective owners, and your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites, which we do not control or endorse.

6. Communications consent

By submitting your contact information through our forms, chat or WhatsApp, you consent to be contacted by Habitat regarding your inquiry and, where you have opted in, to receive marketing communications.
